It's a hat, designed to stop the sun from frying your lemon spread and keeping your receding hairline well hidden. 

Sizing: One size fits most,  it's actually got a bit of a higher profile and deeper fit, so it fits a decent size melon, but can be adjusted tight if you have a pea head.
