Your submittal of an order on The Transmoto Store indicates your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set forth below. Transmoto Pty Ltd reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any stage.

Use of Contact Information
Completion of an order asks for contact information such as an email address. We use contact data from to send the user promotional material from Transmoto Pty Ltd and some of our partners. Users may opt –out of receiving any promotional material by emailing getus@transmoto.com.au or by clicking Opt-out on a promotional email. The account holders contact information is also used to contact when necessary. Confirmation of your account indicates your acceptance of this.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Transmoto Pty Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Transmoto Pty Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Transmoto Pty Ltd is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by store.transmoto.com.au

Shipping Policy

All price displayed on this website do not include shipping costs unless advised. Shipping costs are influenced by the quantity and your location. Exact shipping cost are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to your order total before checkout. Orders placed on store.transmoto.com.au are sent with Australia Post Parcel Post service.

International orders are sent with Australia Post Air Mail service and do not offer tracking. If a tracking number is required please contact getus@transmoto.com.au and we can arrange this for an additional fee.

Orders will be dispatched in 1-2 business days from order completion. An email will be sent to the email address nominated in the checkout notifying you of order completion. Transmoto Pty Ltd reserves the right to dispatch the order after this time period.
